Derek helped us to sell our Waterloo home. He helped to organize painting and cleaning and looked after the property while we were away. He gave useful information and advice about the selling prices of various similar houses nearby so that we could choose a sensible selling price for our own house. Although he gave good advice, he allowed us to choose the selling price and did not put us under any pressure.
