Being out of province we needed to find and buy a condo without seeing it ourselves. Derek was our 'boots on the ground' and provided us a walkthrough viewing via video. He then worked late into the night to prepare an offer for review early the next morning. And finally, he performed the pre-possession inspection and found a couple of things that we probably would have missed if we'd been able to do it ourselves. Thanks Derek.
