We were first time home buyers and most of the houses we were looking at were older. Derick's extensive knowledge of older houses was invaluable during the entire process and allowed us to make a highly informed selection. Derick went out of his way several times to make sure we were happy and confident with the house we chose. Any issues that arose Derick was quick to resolve with the other Realtor and would work late into the night if he needed to in order to get us what we needed. It means so much to know that the house we chose is the right one for us and Derick was integral to making that happen.
