Derrick is hands down the best realtor in Saskatoon. We have used him twice now for buying a home and will absolutely go with him again in the future. Derrick is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, and it was clear that he always had our best interests in mind. He listened to us when we explained what wanted/needed in a home, showed us some houses that had those features, but also showed us things that we had never thought about which really helped us crystalize what was important to us. In the end we moved in to a beautiful home in a neighborhood that we couldn't love more! We have recommended Derrick to several friends of ours who have all bought houses with him! In one case a work colleague of mine who we recommended Derrick to, referred him to another colleague who also bought with him! Derrick always makes us feel welcome to pick up the phone and call or text him with questions or advice (2 years after the sale)! He seems to know all the best contractors/inspectors to use, knows the best locations, and knows what to look for when shopping for a house. I wouldn't use any other realtor.
