Derrick went over and above the call of duty!! He went out of his way for us, as I'm sure he does with all his clients. He took the time to educate us on what to look for & look out for in a condo. He was a great help in transitioning us from a house to a condo. He walked us through every step of the way, from selling our home to making sure we got into our condo as smoothly as possible...he took care of any/all glitches along the way. We knew we were in good hands as he sold our 1st home in 1985. He has kept in touch ever since. Derrick is an honest, hard working man who cares what he sells to his clients.
