When I wanted to sell my house my criteria for a realtor was someone who would not say what I wanted to hear but one who would be honest and upfront with what my house would need in order to sell. He absolutely surpassed my expectations in a realtor. His quick attention to any concerns I had and involving me in all the decision making was so appreciated. Derrick and his staff were awesome with handling the showings, etc. I did not find anything he said to be untrue. I felt as if his whole office was there for me and that I believe is a very quality to find in a business. I would definitely recommend or use Derrick again.
