I found Dimitra very knowledge about the current market, the value of the list and the market strategy. These I would expect from all competent Realtors. However, Dimitra was extremely helpful in the preparation of the house for sale. Every detail I needed to concern in put the house in the most positive light for potential buyers. Not only did she share her knowledge but also rolled up her sleeves. She had answers for all my questions and explanations for all the questions I didn’t think about. She started as a Realtor but made it more than that. It was friend help a friend. I never felt any pressure, was never given false expectations but given positive feedback throughout every step of the process. I would recommend and have recommend her to others wanting to sell. If Dimitra isn’t the top Realtor, she should be.
