Absolutely incredible. I will never use anyone else. Dimitra goes above and beyond in all areas, including emotional support. I was incredibly overwhelmed when I met her. I didn't know how I was going to accomplish every thing I needed to for my house to sell for top dollar and still work. Dimitra made everything feel possible and less overwhelming! She helped me paint, pack, and fix things. She hired a trusted contractor and she even staged my home using a combination of my furniture and hers. My neighbour who was initially skeptical of Dimitri and her selling advice ended up thinking she is a complete genius after he saw the amount of attention she got for my home. In the end my home sold for a fair bit more than I thought possible. This is the third house I have sold in 15 years and although I had no complaints about the other agents I used, they did not compare. Take the time to meet with her, you will not regret it.
