Dimitra was very helpful in ensuring the condo looked good for selling. This was a Life-lease contract and made for a complicated sale process. It took a very special buyer to take over this unit and Dee was very patient in the process. She used her contacts to our full advantage to find a buyer. She also did a great job navigating the requirements of the deal which had its own special set of rules due to the type of property being sold. Overall she was outstanding and I would absolutely use her again and recommend her to others.
