This is the fourth house I have bought but I have not experienced the privilege of working with such a dedicated agent before. I discussed with Dimitra what features I needed in a house. She saved a lot of time by showing me only those houses that she felt would meet my needs but never hesitated to show me 4 or 5 houses in a day. Everyone knows the market is hard. Dimitra made it much easier and supported me through the closing process. In fact, I fully credit Dimitra for my successful bid. I have pretty much given up hope because my needs were specific. She even got me into a very good neighbourhood.
