What a great experience selling a condo with Dimitra! Finally, we have found an advocate, someone that acts in our best interest. She took time to listen, since our first encounter! She did not simply offer advice; she explained all the options as well as articulated why we should choose one over the other, all tailored for our personal situation. The process of selling/buying real-estate is stressful, and it helps so much to work with someone as responsive as she is, although extremely busy, she made herself available and never did we feel like she is rushing us in any way. Dimitra went above and beyond - she has spent a lot of time and effort to ensure everything is in the best possible state/order and the condo looks spotless as she prepared it for showings.
