We were buying a house in Montreal for our first home. My partner and I were moving for our jobs but we were living all the way in Toronto when we had to begin the house search. I was nervous at first that we were going to have problems with understanding what problems to look for or what we might miss as my family has always bought in Ontario. Needless to say Jimmy was absolutely fantastic. He was very honest and upfront about each houses problems and was very easy to get in contact with whenever I had questions. Even my in-laws who came with us for our viewings, said that Jimmy was the best real estate worker they had ever met and that they wish more people were upfront and honest about the houses they were looking at. It's thanks to him we got a place we are absolutely in love with. Can't recommend him enough.
