Successful would be my first description of our house hunt. Thanks to Dina, April and I were able to buy our first house. We were given another agent to begin with, communication fell through and we were then paired with Dina. Would not have wanted it any other way, I feel our success was due to Dina earning her reputation as a great realtor. We viewed a few houses on weekend. Trying to find a house that would accommodate 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was a challenge, Dina would have a list of places we were interested on viewing, so we would view about 6 before deciding to offer on our current house. When the offer time came, we asked what would be a good offer to 315k, she had suggested the house was on the market for 26 days and to offer 290k. After our offer, we were countered at 305k, which I immediately accepted without going back and forth. We closed just over 1 year ago and could not be any happier with our house.. Dina had all the right tools to get us our house and a great broker who never stopped hounding me for information. Thanks Dina.
