We initially reached out to Dino nearly 2 years ago to sell an estate home. After he pointed out a safety concern which needed to be dealt with before listing the home we soon found other potential problems which needed to be dealt with. A quick fix turned out to be a long and exhausting complete renovation. Dino was key in providing his advice on all of the upgrades and was with us every step of the way. Estate sales are not easy to work especially when they are out of town and there are multiple executors involved. Dino was able to communicate effectively with us at all times around our crazy schedules not allowing us to miss any opportunities.
