In the FSCO Tribunal decision regarding revocation of Dennis Khanna's mortgage broker license and Metro Financial Planning's brokerage license they confirm Dino Golfi was a licensed mortgage broker under Khanna's Brokerage, Metro Financial Planning. Khanna is currently before the courts on multiple charges of mortgage fraud, forgery and sexual assault. Reply: Dino Golfi testified and provided evidence AGAINST Khanna for the prosecution (crown attorney) Mr. Golfi has never been the subject of any FSCO or Criminal investigation with relation to Metro. Mr Golfi recently renewed his FSCO mortgage licence March 2018 ( the process in which applicants are fully vetted by the regulatory provincial government ) all documentation is available for review. Dino provided valuable evidence to the authorities and this can be verified by them independently. Dino strongly suggests that all individuals contact the authorities (ie FSCO etc) to verify that this statement is correct. Dino has physical written documentation of his cooperation with the authorities. In order to engage in both Real Estate and mortgages with the public, an individual MUST be rigorously vetted both financially and criminally. Reply: Vetted?? What a joke...Khanna was vetted too.. .a lot of good that did. Golfi was the mortgagee on several of the fraudulent mortgages arranged and registered by Khanna. Dino is a co-defendant on at least one lawsuit for fraud with Khanna. Golfi did not testify against Khanna in the criminal trial. Reply: Golfi provided a witness statement and physical evidence against Khanna key evidence which can easily be verified by Police (Dhinsa) and the Crown Attorney (Mccracken) which was submitted to both of them . The Police verified Golfi mortgage to be "the existence, validity, or legality of" this has been proven by the investigators/crown attorney. Physical evidence verifying is overwhelming. Judge Ramsay in the Khanna trial said the mortgage borrower(mortgagor) witness showed "an indifference to the truth" in her testimony, saying she lied under oath about when or if she had signed things in relation to her financial dealings with Khanna. Yes he would visit the office for lunch but Dennis was the dog who preyed on women for years
