Don was awesome. He took us to well over 100 places over the span of 5 months to find the right place. He gave us realistic expectations for what our condo would sell for, as well as pointed out flaws we would never have looked for in the houses we were viewing. He was not trying to make a quick sale, he was trying to help us find the perfect home in our price point. He would get back to us quickly day and night. In the end we sold our condo and bought a house in the same month. He helped us bid the right amount and feel very comfortable in our decision. The best part, was we were able to find a place well below our max budget, but still ticks off all the must have boxes. Would recommend highly.
