Whereas Don assisted us with a relatively straight forward purchase of a townhouse, his significant contribution were his efforts in selling our current townhouse. A challenge for various reasons out of our collective control, Don stayed positive, focussed, and ensured we were always kept updated. We never had to wait a long time for Don to get back to us when we had queries or concerns. His quiet, professional demeanour 'won the day' for us.
