I would rate Don McCooeye and his team with more than 5 stars if possible when they sold my house. I have never sold a house before so I appreciated how efficient and informative and considerate they were in all communications. From the first meeting, Don gave me suggestions and advice on things to improve, and also sent me a lot of legal information for something I needed to take care of before selling. This enabled me to find a lawyer quickly and easily. I suggested waiting till the spring to list and he listened to me. His stager was excellent and very flexible and friendly. Once the property was listed, he and his team kept me updated throughout the offer process. He helped so much with the initial offer, and also once the house inspection was done, negotiating a fair deal for me and the buyer. I would recommend them whole heartedly to anyone buying or selling, and I would use them again instantly.
