Donna, is an excellent realtor! From the very start of my experience with her she was informative and showed me comparisons for my house in the neighbourhood she gave me staging advice and I believe that played a big part in the sale. I had numerous open houses and she was very quick at giving me feedback from potential buyers. I believe she got me a very good price for my house. It was an extremely stressful time for me as I was selling the marital house after a split plus running a business out of it. She was encouraging and understanding. Donna also found me the wonderful house I now own. There were difficulties here due to it being a rental property, Donna sorted it all out for me and was able to get the property at a good price.
