I was recommended to use Donna to help us sell our house during the early downturn of the economy in Calgary (Alberta). We had done things backwards, found the house we wanted to buy and still had to get our house on the market. Donna came into our home, recommended a few minor decorative changes & lighting and voila we were on the market and SOLD in 5 days!!! She had professional amazing photos done that made us not even want to leave our house it looked so beautiful.
The staging, flowers she provided etc were amazing and the buyers said they saw our photos online and knew it was the house for them.....those photos sold it!!
She represented us in the purchase of our new home which was great. We had a few stumbling blocks with the seller and she got us through it all. She provided a mortgage broker, lawyer...virtually everything and held our hand the whole way through.
I can honestly say I was so happy to have a "real" realtor and not a stuck up stuffy person to deal with (which is what was represented on the sellers side of the house we were purchasing and it was hell)
At the end of it all Donna was AMAZING and I would recommend her anytime to anyone....which I have already done and guess what...IT SOLD!!
