I have worked with Donna over three house moves now. She stands out in my experience with realtors. She worked incredibly hard to make my house look the best it possibly could and gave me dependable, effective advice throughout the sale process to get a good price within a reasonable timescale. If I had trusted her advice more, the sale would have gone even better than it did! Lesson learned. On the other side of process, she did a great job of finding houses that fit my criteria and budget so I was able to secure a place I am very happy with in the very limited time we had. Throughout the process she was personable and made the process, dare I say it, enjoyable. To cap it all, when the seller left the house in a shabby state, Donna paid to have it professionally cleaned to a standard she thought I should receive. I doubt there is another Calgary realtor who would do that.
