My experience with this real estate agent has been one of the most stressful and upsetting situations I’ve ever dealt with. In my opinion, the agent acted completely outside of what I would consider ethical behavior. A building permit appeared on my property that I never approved or authorized i.e. was placed fraudulently. During renovations , my home was damaged, and despite repeatedly notifying the agent, they refused to take responsibility, fix the issues, or contribute anything toward repairs. What made the situation even worse was the behavior during the legal process. Based on what I witnessed in court, I felt the agent was dishonest and tried to present themselves as a victim despite the harm I experienced. Their communication with me throughout this ordeal was hostile and unprofessional. Recently, even though I have not spoken to the agent in over five years, the agent even called me a “c&nt,” which is completely unacceptable. Overall, my experience was profoundly negative. I cannot recommend them based on what I went through.
