We reached out to Dylan Suitor after hearing about his expertise through various podcasts we had listened to.
Upon talking to Dylan, we were pawned off on his associate, Erik Doyle, and things started to go downhill from there. Erik was extremely unresponsive, unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the entire process.
In particular, Erik advised that we bid $20k over-asking despite the house sitting on the market for a significant amount of time (fortunately, we did not listen to his advice). Other examples of unprofessional behavior include: repeatedly asking Erik to provide comparable listings in the area (I did not receive one from him throughout our interactions); Erik forgetting to book an inspector; Erik going days without answering us; etc. (the list could go on).
Overall, I would not recommend using Elevation Realty to anyone and would highly recommend you look elsewhere before reaching out to Dylan and his team... could be an expensive mistake.

Hi Dalton,
I’d like to start by thanking you for letting us know about this unfortunate
experience you had with us here at Elevation Realty Network and our team.
I apologize sincerely that we could not address your concerns at an earlier date in
order to improve your overall experience. We have learnt from this.
We have taken all your concerns and are addressing them with our team, both
agents and support staff. We are looking at where we need to collectively
improve our team training and systems, so that this does not happen again.
I am glad that both myself and our Director of Sales were able to speak to you
individually by phone and were able to clarify precisely where we need to
improve. Our #1 focus is our client and you have given us the opportunity to
review fully some of our systems.
Sincerely,
Dylan Suitor
CEO
