As a Family Mediator, I had a client who needed to make some decisions about whether to negotiate keeping her family home, renovating it (considering the cost to do so), building a new home or finding a new established home. Not being my area of expertise, I asked Dylan if he could speak to my client who was in a neighbourhood outside of his service area. Dylan did speak to my client. She was so grateful for his expertise and insights. Her response in an email, "I just spoke to Dylan and he gave me some excellent information." My client is happy and I thank Dylan for his professionalism.
