We did a On-line/Internet search for Agents in the St. Vital area. Recognized Ed Dale Jr as having sold other Condo's in this Complex & area...and thought his Video presentation was VG. Spoke to a couple of Agents before Ed....and found him to match up very well to our Listing needs etc. Honest approach, informative etc.
