Eddie helped us buy the house in 2020 within a month. Thats searching, walk thru, paperwork, lawyers and closing. Impressive to say the least. Every walk thru he was with me whether it was in a crawlspace, examining the roof or eyeing down the foundation. He told you what he thinks and what he saw and never bullshitted. Now in 2025 he helped sell the same home. The sale kinda fell in our lap but all closing costs and lawyers he helped with. If I could have I would taken him with us to our next purchase a whole province over. He'll treat you like a million bucks even if your only spending a quarter of that.
