You will have no regrets hiring Eddie for the sale and purchase of a new home! Expecting our 5th child in summer 2024, we had to sell our home and buy a larger one. We followed every instruction and piece of advice Eddie had for us plus used his connections for a mortgage specialist and lawyer. The process was guided, but executed quickly and pretty much without hiccups. I had friends selling at the same time we were, and noticed it was much harder for them to sell/buy/finish paperwork.
