We found Eddy when we were searching for an apartment to rent in Toronto after moving from Vancouver. He responded very quickly to all of our questions and set up viewings within 24 hours. We selected multiple listings and each time, Eddy set all of them up and took the time to take us around to each one while also telling us about each area we drove through. He made the effort to provide us with knowledge on various internet providers in the areas, tenant insurance companies etc. and offered his help if we had any questions regarding getting our new place set-up. We found our perfect place that we love and Eddy did an amazing job as the go-between with our new landlord and making sure we had everything sorted out. I would recommend Eddy to anyone looking to rent or buy. In fact, when it comes time to buy, I will seek him out again!!
