I very rarely write reviews, but in the case of the Andrews Group I must make an exception. Elaine and team worked with me on the estate sale of our family home. From beginning to end, their service was truly exceptional. This began with recommendations on preparing the home for sale, including many excellent resources. From there, Elaine’s staging and the marketing program, including an outstanding video (with a fine performance by Brenden), generated interest beyond our imagination in this difficult market. During any sale, there will always be some “drama”, but at every step I felt that Elaine, with her experience, had everything under control, and I trusted her judgement completely. Elaine and Brenden work together very well as a team, and communication is excellent. Truly a pleasure to work with, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
