I used Andrews Group to both sell and purchase. We have just completed a very stressful down size and Elaine and team were able to negotiatiate a better than expected price on the sale of our home and also protected us on the purchase by negotiating a hold back for potential unseen expenses that may occur. Our experience was nothing short of first class.
