Elaine recently helped our son Matthew buy a condo and become a first time homeowner in the Yaletown area. My husband and I have worked with Elaine a few times in the last 12 years in Vancouver with our own condo purchases and sales. We looked at many many condos and finally we found the perfect place in May 2026. We made an offer 1 day after it listed. It was a difficult deal as the owner was from out of the country and the condo had been tenanted for 5 years. Was challenging to view. Tenants did make this all more stressful. We wanted this condo and we knew Elaine would get this deal done. We recently took possession of the condo and our son is so happy. Working with Elaine is so easy and pleasant. She is so experienced and capable. She also has amazing team supporting her which made the entire process of my son buying this condo so enjoyable.
