Elaine and her team are top notch professionals. We used Elaine to sell our home in Surrey, BC and you can't get more professional or knowledgeable than Elaine. We did a lot of research before selecting Elaine because we made the mistake of using an inexperienced realtor for our purchase and since we were selling in a very "strange" market at the time, we knew we needed someone with a lot of experience. Elaine took the time to understand our needs, why we were selling, what we were considering for the next home. She really got to know us. She made sure we did just what was needed to appeal to potential buyers as well as, what not to do. Elaine was very good and keeping us realistic with our listing price and ensuring we had the right marketing in place. She spent a lot of time at the house to get a feel for the space which was reflected in how she spoke to potential buyers. Elaine is also a seasoned negotiator and had our back throughout the sale. She even received a compliment from the buyers realtor for her professionalism and respectful negotiations. Elaine also has an exceptional team working with her. When they needed to step in, they were able to jump in for Elaine with the same professionalism and knowledge. I wished we could have used Elaine for our next purchase. We bought outside of the Lower Mainland and had to go through a local realtor. Too bad for us as we know Elaine would have provided a much better experience.
