This is the second time I had occasion to work with Elaine Andrews and Brenden Torrell of the Andrews Group. Once again their level of commitment, competence, and professionalism was exceptional. They staged and brilliantly marketed my Olympic Village condominium, highlighting the roof deck by hosting agents at an oyster/champagne event, and continued to follow up diligently over several years even though the property did not sell initially. The ultimate off market sale of the unit was a testament to their substantial endeavour over a three year period during which time they worked with and around the tenant in place . I could not be more pleased and would recommend the Andrews Group without reservation to anyone considering buying or selling
