Elaine was and is a joy to deal with. She was knowledgeable about real estate procedures, rules, and was very available. Elaine was with child ( 9 months) during our transaction, and unfailingly provided service throughout her pending and eventual birth of her child. Wonderful to deal with, very level headed.
