11/10!! Huge kudos to Elaine, who feels like the angel of an aunty who will always be there for you. She will explain, plan, arrange, guide, and listen genuinely at the drop of at hat. As someone who is trans, autistic, and a young mom, she was the sweetest, cheerful, and most accommodating person I could have ever wished for! You can tell she really loves her job and absolutely beams when she's able to find something that fits just right. There was no pressure, no fear, and she was happy to wait as long as I needed at any stage in the process. I recommend her to everyone and hope life's been treating her as kindly as she treats the world <3
