I have the utmost admiration for Elaine Godhesi. On day one, she told me we would be in this together and she meant it. At every step, she was there to help navigate a challenging 18 month new-home purchase process that was characteristic of the following: Permitting delays, weather delays, labour shortages, WILDFIRES! and related insurance delays. This was a very long process that was often outside the control of others. She helped navigate it and is an absolute pro! I didn't know Elaine before she was my agent. I would highly recommend her. She was extremely consistent, quick to respond and demonstrated the utmost integrity at every stage. Most importantly, she knew how to handle all the complexity thrown our way. I am soon moving into an outstanding new home. I am glad the process is over but very happy to have had Elaine work along side me.
