We wanted to take a moment to comment on the recent efforts of our real estate agent Elaine Godeghesi. Throughout the process, Elaine demonstrated her knowledge, professionalism, and a great degree of patience. She was always extremely cheerful and very much on top of things at all times. Her level of communication was an A+, both very clear and always very prompt. It was quite interesting the way she always referred to herself and us (the client) as a team. Because it in fact requires a team effort including both agent and client in getting a home sold. As well, she always made sure that her team within the brokerage was on top of things as well. It was a great effort on her part and a great effort by her team at Vantage West Realty. And both she and her team will be with us right up until the sale is executed and possession is taken by the new owners early in the new year. We would highly recommend Elaine (first and foremost) to anyone looking to sell their home, but furthermore the entire team at Vantage West Realty. A job extremely well done!
