Generally, I've considered real estate agents to be a necessary evil. Very mixed results, but they know the business, so we're trapped. Some have been personally objectionable and something less than diligent. Elaine is a different animal. We've never had anyone this personable, industrious and positive. We did not have a multi-million-dollar property. That made no difference to Elaine. Her effort was relentless. She listened to us, unlike too many of her professional colleagues. She never whined about the dismal seller's market. She rolled up her sleeves and found a way. I wouldn't consider anyone else in the event that we need to buy or sell property. I give Elaine my unqualified highest recommendation.
