It is our absolute privilege to write this review for Elaine and her team with Vantage West. They went above and beyond our expectations in looking for a new home. We randomly chose her after reading her reviews on a Kelowna realtor search. Right from the first day she promised us that she would be there for us through the whole journey and this has been so true! She learned very quickly about what it was that we really liked and based all her searches around that. She was very helpful at each showing adding her expertise in terms of what the potential of each property could bring. Her professional comments regarding the pros and cons at each viewing were appreciated. She always listened very carefully to our comments in each home that she showed us. Our questions were answered honestly and and in a kind and manner. She was genuinely interested in how we were doing. She was always very professional and after many showings, she found us the perfect house. Her negotiating skills when making the offer were amazing! She never let down and was a true advocate for capturing the price we needed and wanted. She made herself available at all times and if she couldn't make it, McLean was there to save the day! We really enjoyed working with McLean as well as her pleasant personality and helpful advice came in handy many times. As a team, they were always there for us no matter what. They were able to find a lawyer and inspector for us quickly when we needed to finally make an offer on our new home. Contractors needed for any changes we wanted were literally right at their fingertips. All of the administrative paperwork was done seamlessly with the team, especially Michelle and it all seemed so easy and stress-free. Even though the offer was accepted 2 months earlier than possession date the whole team worked diligently with us to get in and out of the house to measure and to work with the owner to help make everything perfect for when we moved in Elaine also went above and beyond patiently listening to our difficulties in selling our own home and gave us very sound and professional advice as to what direction we should be going. It did not matter what time of the day it was she or Maclaine always got back to us quickly with their positive upbeat attitudes. We highly recommend Elaine and Maclaine and the team as they definitely exceeded our expectations!
