She provided amazing local knowledge and education about the Kelowna communities, and the ins and outs of real estate in British Columbia. She happily showed us properties across the city and nearby municipalities and was always able to arrange showings that fit our schedule. Even as our preferences and requests changed, Elaine consistently found and recommended properties in our price change, which sometimes changed. Once we found a property we really liked, Elaine did all the background legwork to prepare a competitive bid, and went back forth with the selling agent on offers and counters. We especially appreciated her connections to all the professionals that we needed for finalizing the purchase. Without established relationships for lawyer, home inspector, etc we would have been choosing blindly. Elaine was able to put us in touch with a good selection of professionals that gave us piece of mind as we made our choice. Every single person we connected with was a consummate professional and provided excellent service, from lawyer, to home inspector, to flooring consultant, and fence contractor. Elaine and Vantage West was the whole package for our home purchase. We are two months in our new home and couldn't be happier with our choice; of realtor, and well as home.
