I have been very impressed with Elaine’s approach to helping us find a property that met all our requirements. From our first meeting via zoom ( we don’t live in same town where we purchased) to her identifying appropriate properties to her business model she uses when submitting an offer on our behalf (cover letter and video)! I have never worked with a realtor better than Elaine and I have bought and sold many properties in my lifetime. She helped us find a home inspector, got us quotes on insurance and worked closely with our mortgage broker. Over and above! Our sale had a couple unexpected hiccups and Elaine was right there helping overcome the hurdles and making sure we could close the deal. I highly recommend Elaine and her Vantage West team!
