Elaine Godeghesi! This should be the first real estate agent anybody in the Okanagan goes with if they need to buy or sell a home. She negotiated on our behalf in an incredibly fast manner and she played hardball to get the price we wanted. Our process went so smoothly I don't think anyone could have walked us through this process better and on top of that she was incredible professional, fun to work with, and knows her stuff. I have a trades background and know houses well and she kept right up with everything while educating me on the real estate process even better. We bought a home with Elaine and in the future I know we will work with her again. Thank you so much!
