We interviewed 3 real estate agents. Eli Skaff was the only one who presented a detailed data driven analysis of the comparables. It made sense because it was an objective view -- not subjective. His analysis and subsequently the price was one he could defend. Eli is a salesman and he proved it. During the interview Eli described why he had the expertise by describing challenging scenarios and how he dealt with them. It made sense. And during our listing we also experienced an issue which he dealt with perfectly. The whole experience with Eli was a great one. Having someone of his calibre represent you during a stressful period is an asset. His expertise and know-how proved once again (my daughter had referred him) he is the guy!
