I am an American living in New York City. My Dad bought approximately 90 acres of land in Shuniah, Ontario in the 1950s. This property was just not rural. It was and is wilderness! The nearest road, which I believe is for logging, is two miles from where the property starts! After my father's passing several years ago, my brothers and I decided to sell it. We had a very hard time finding a broker to take on the job. Elsie did and we ended up selling the land for $10,000 more than it was appraised!
