Elyse helped provide us with a fantastic web portal to narrow down our housing interests and focuses, and was there with us every step of the way, with the brightest of attitudes. She helped to arrange weekly viewings, and later regular video tours, to provide additional flexibility, as we originally lived outside of the city. She was amazing at negotiating with landlords and their agents, and was a wonderful advocate for the two of us, which helped greatly as I faced some challenges, being self employed. In the end, we were able to secure our first house to rent in less than two months. I could not recommend her enough, A+++ quality.
