There was no question that Emanuel knew what he was doing. Market research, evaluation and honesty were used to price the unit. I understood as the seller, if I wanted to sell my unit I would have to be flexible (summer 2024). When offer(s) would come in, I would ask "what's your opinion"? He was honest either way positive or negative.
We were ultimately successful in selling our unit at a fair price. The buyer got a good deal and we sold around what we were looking/ expecting for.
I don't think this would have been possible with Emanuel and his team.
