Emanuel helped us find our perfect first family home. It met my needs for an open concept kitchen and my fiancé’s own garage space for building new projects, and two extra bedrooms for our growing family. Along with so many other amenities, such as an extra high centre island and pull out cutting board for my tall chef, fiancé, beautiful curb appeal and storage space, and then some. He was always prompt to answer, literally within two minutes, with an answer for any question we had (We had lots, being first time home buyers). He was always very hopeful and postive towards the future of finding the right home for our family, even when we came hit road blocks (naturally with buying a house), but he saw through it and managed to pursue our best interests and our goals.
