Agent sold our home. Gave horrible advice. Seemed to be more on my ex's side of the sale. she had open houses for 1 hour at a time and seemed to really up play the negative aspects of my home. Buying from her was not that bad of an experience. However I do not feel she put the best effort into selling our home. I have only communicated with her via email to have all interactions in writing. Go with another agent.
