Conflicting issues with showings, and lack of professionalism on communication with client. Did not feel realtor provided a value service and would not recommend to others. Suggest the realtor to listen and acknowledge the set goals from the clients and offer supporting suggestions in order to keep a healthy relationship.

Reply: Good evening Matthew. I am deeply concerned by your review. I understand your frustration given your house didn’t sell. But we did inform you when we listed that it would be a challenge given the location (Ste-Sixte 45 minutes) from town and the high price you wanted. My assistant spent many hours with you and your wife to stage the house, we had professional photographer on site and did publish a listing beyond industry standards. I understand two showings were cancelled, but please understand I do not have control over the decision of the collaborative agents buyers.
