We were very impressed with Eric's Local knowledge of not only just the home, but also the Neighbourhoods we viewed. We originally wanted a very specific area, but after listening to our needs, he was able to show us some other options which actually worked out better for us. He was great with negotiating a great deal as well and we are very happy working with him.
